Music
Due to extreme demand, Incapacitation II will reinstate the conference series' world-renowned music programme.
An initial public release of the Incapacitation II playlist has been made available on YouTube Music. Attendee contributions may be proposed by joining as a playlist collaborator, or by email if you can't find the credentials.
As usual, for your safety and that of other attendees, a strict playlist management protocol will be enforced by the Disciplinary Committee throughout the conference proceedings:
- Any attendee, by proclamation, may veto any song at any time during its playback.
- Uncontested vetoes advance the playback queue; otherwise,
- A ⅔ super-majority vote among attendees present may override any veto, allowing playback to continue.
- Requests to repeat a previously played song may be made by any attendee and may be approved by a simple majority vote of attendees present.
- Under no circumstances may a previously unplayed song be played by request or reordered in the playlist's randomized playback queue.
